Sungnyemun is an American Brand in APB Based on Chrysler. The name suggests an Asian brand but It is based off of an American brand. The logo is very similar to Hyundai.
History[]
A division of the Bangeojin Honam Automotive Group, it has headquarters in Seoul and international headquarters in Washington DC. Historically, the company grew out of the Namdaemun Engineering and Fabrication Company founded by Ryu Yongsung in 1948, which specialized in precision engineering, particularly 'seamless' casting and machining components from experimental alloys. From these beginnings, the Sungnyemun Motor Company was inaugurated in 1965, and in 1969 the company began selling cars in the United States and much of central Europe. Such was their success, Sungnyemun Auto now runs the world's second largest auto manufacturing facility in lncheon, where in excess of 1.1 million units are fabricated every year. Several of these technically innovative models have been consistently awarded "Best in C|ass" by Corporate Auto magazine over the last five years. Since 2002, Sungnyemun has been a worldwide official sponsor of the IFL World Championships and, closer to home, sponsored the away strip of the San Paro Wildcats in 2007.
